Day 1

  • Arrival in the early afternoon by 2pm

  • Airport pickup to 5-star accommodation

  • Welcome Dinner - traditional Shanghainese cuisine

  • Wellness goodie bag ($100USD value) for the trip

Day 2

  • Breakfast on your own

  • Visit Shanghai Tower 120th floor

  • Visit the highest bookstore in Shanghai

  • TCM Meridian Massage, 60 minutes

  • Lunch: Coursed Seasonal Japanese Set Menu on the 104th floor

  • Visit Nanjing Road, shop at a legendary TCM pharmacy

  • View the classic Shanghai Skyline at the Bund

  • Free time for dinner

Day 3

  • Breakfast on your own

  • Visit Jing’an Temple, a golden temple in the heart of shanghai

  • Ginger moxibustion, 60 minutes

  • Lunch: zen 7-course vegan temple food

  • Herbal hair washing treatment and head and facial massage, 90 mins

  • City walk: French Concession & its boutique shops

  • Dinner: modern food therapy medicinal set dinner created by Zoey’s chef friend

  • Daily TCM and nutrition group session with Zoey Gong

Day 4

  • Breakfast on your own

  • See doctors at TCM Clinic, private sessions with translation for pulse diagnosis and herb prescription

  • Breast acupuncture (male guests will receive body acupuncture), moxibustion, and facial acupuncture, 90 minutes

  • Lunch: Silkie chicken broth and skewers

  • TCM Meridian massage (back) with cupping / guasha.

  • Tour Black Stone bookstore and city walk

  • Dinner: seasonal cuisine at a zen teahouse

Day 5

  • Breakfast on your own

  • Tour Yu Garden and shop from artisanal stores that make traditional arts and crafts

  • Visit TCM bubble tea shop

  • Lunch: Shanghainese cuisine at a legendary restauran

  • Hanfu traditional clothes tea experience

  • Tour “old Shanghai” and experience the life of Shanghainese in that 1970s

  • Bojin deep tissue treatment

  • Free time for dinner

Day 6

  • Breakfast on your own

  • Arrival in Zhu Jia Jiao Ancient Town

  • Boat ride and brunch on the boat

  • Guided tour through the water town to learn its culture and wellness practices. Explore local shops

  • Free time for lunch

  • Make TCM herbal sachet

  • Afternoon tea while listening to classic Shanghainese Opera

  • Farewell dinner back in the city: Wild mushroom hotpot!

Day 7

  • Traditional breakfast together

  • Foot massage with moxa and ginger

  • We do not accpet any guests without a free consultation to make sure we are a good fit for each other! After that, if you decide to travel with us, we will send you payment details (paypal, venmo, wire, alipay, wechat pay, zelle) to confirm your booking. Full amount is required to secured your booking. After payment confirmation, we wil immediately start visa application (if required for your passport) and get ready to welcome you to china!

  • We do not accept refunds after payment confirmation, as our work starts immediately after. Please plan your schedule accordingly. However, if you really have to cancel, you are welcome to transfer your spot to a friend or to another future .

  • No, our pricing includes all treatments and fee for your guide, driver, and staff. Tipping is also not common in China. You are welcome to tip if you are happy with our or others’ service, but it is not required or expected.
