The tour cost covers everything on the itinerary.
You are responsible for the cost of your visa, flight, and any additional meals, activities, plans, or accommodation outside the itinerary.
We are unable to handle personal orders, deliveries, or concierge-type requests (taobao orders, booking additional appointments, etc).
If you are interested in concierge or guidance outside the itinerary, you are welcome to book our travel service here.

No, our pricing includes all treatments and fee for your guide, driver, and staff. Tipping is also not common in China. You are welcome to tip if you are happy with our or other’s service, but if is not required or expected.

We do not accept refunds after payment confirmation, as our work started immediately after. Please plan your schedule accordingly. However, if you really have to cancel, you are welcome to transfer your spot to a friend or to another future.
